LARO77 Bankroll Drills: Seven Steps of Casino Bankroll Management
By LARO77 Editorial Team
- Rule one: 21 and overThe Philippine casino age is 21, and each LARO77 drill here assumes an adult player.
- Know where the button landsTap PLAY NOW and the page that opens belongs to 76JL, not to laro77.com.
- Drills checked at the sourceRead against PAGCOR's 20 October 2026 lists, BSP notices and the lobby's own screens.
Luck decides a single spin; habits decide a whole session. Casino bankroll management is the set of habits, and like any training block it works only when the drills are done in order, every time. These seven come from PAGCOR’s own responsible-gaming reminders, with the arithmetic added.
Casino Bankroll Management in Seven Drills
- Spend only spare pesos. Loans and rent money are off limits, and so is your whole savings, by PAGCOR’s own reminder. If you would miss the money next week, the budget is too big.
- Write the stop figure first. The amount that ends the session goes on paper before the lobby opens (table below).
- Fix a bet unit. Cut the budget into equal slices and stake one at a time. The casino terms glossary entry on the bet unit has a small table.
- Put the clock on it. Time limits per session are on PAGCOR’s reminder list too. A phone alarm is enough equipment.
- Refuse the chase. Chasing a loss is singled out by name in PAGCOR’s reminders. It is also the drill most often broken.
- Bank a win target. Pick the balance that ends a good night. A win you keep replaying stops being a win.
- Run the weekly warning-sign check. Hold your week up against PAGCOR’s signs (last section).
PAGCOR opens its reminder list by saying gambling is not income. The seven drills build on that line.
Problem: drill 5 breaks first, usually right after a loss.
Fix: decide in advance what you will do the moment the loss limit is hit, such as closing the app and leaving the phone in another room, so the next step is already chosen.
Loss limit: the number that ends the session
Write the figure before play, or it bends once play starts. Practice figures:
| Session budget | Loss limit | Bet unit | Units before the limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₱500 | ₱500 | ₱5 | 100 |
| ₱1,000 | ₱600 | ₱6 | 100 |
| ₱2,000 | ₱1,000 | ₱10 | 100 |
Rows two and three stop well short of the full budget. That is the strict version of the drill, and the unspent part is the point. Whichever row you use, glance at the balance every few spins rather than waiting for the session to feel bad.
LARO77 bankroll: adjusting units for volatility
The same budget behaves differently on different games. Super Ace is low to medium in JILI’s wording; Gates of Olympus 1000 is very high in Pragmatic Play’s. On the very-high game, smaller units give the budget more spins of runway.
Keep the loss limit the same and change only the unit; the limit protects the budget, the unit sets the pace. The lesson on slot volatility and stake size sets out the labels.
Bankroll Tools Beyond the Session
Some limits need outside help, and PAGCOR provides it.
- Self-exclusion. The ban you request can run 5 years, 1 year or 6 months; its first half-year cannot be undone once filed. Online-platform requests are lodged at osea.pagcor.ph.
- Family exclusion. Close relatives (spouse, parent or child) may file on a player’s behalf, for 3 years, 1 year or half a year.
- The national helpline. Dial (02) 8248-9568; PAGCOR’s line is staffed day and night and costs nothing.
Problem: the written limits hold for a week, then the paper stays in a drawer.
Fix: move the limit outside your own hands. Once filed, a PAGCOR exclusion is enforced on every site the regulator licenses or runs, which covers the days willpower does not.
PAGCOR’s warning signs, for drill 7
Among the regulator’s signs: bets bigger than intended, sessions longer than intended, chasing, debt and unpaid bills, borrowing or selling things for more play, and gambling on your mind all day. If any line fits your week, pause and ring the helpline.
The age rule sits beneath every drill; lesson one on the legal age for online betting covers it. For blocking tools and support routes, see LARO77 responsible gaming support, and the rest of the classroom is in the LARO77 blog article list.
How to Get Started
-
Write the three limits on paper
Before opening any lobby, write the session budget, the loss limit and the time limit, and keep the paper where you can see it.
-
Divide the budget into units
Split the budget into equal bet units, roughly a hundred for a low-to-medium slot and more for a high-volatility one, and stake one unit at a time.
-
Quit when either limit hits
End the session the moment any limit is met, loss, time or win, and do not reopen the lobby the same day.
