An account closure is a request you make in writing, after you have settled the money and any open offers, and it ends the account instead of pausing it. This page gives the order to do things in, a message you can copy, and PAGCOR’s exclusion programme for the cases where closing one account is not enough. If gambling has become a problem for you or someone near you, start with the the problem gambler signs and tools page and come back here for the steps. The page quotes nothing about LARO77’s own closure process: you ask what it is, and you keep the answer.

Account closure in six steps

Do these in order. The first two protect your money, the next two make the request on the record, and the last two keep you from drifting back.

  1. Settle the money: log in, read the withdrawal screen, withdraw what you can to a wallet in your own name, and write down any balance still held.
  2. Deal with open offers: read each offer’s terms and finish it or give it up under them.
  3. Send the request in writing through the support channel.
  4. Ask what the process is, how long it takes, and for written confirmation.
  5. Remove saved passwords and log out everywhere.
  6. Add a site blocker on phone and computer for every device you play on.

Settle the money before you send the request

Closing first can leave you chasing a balance through a closed login. Use this table to see what to check and where to read it.

What to settleWhat to doWhere to read it
Withdrawable balanceWithdraw to a wallet in your own nameThe withdrawal screen, after login
Balance that is heldWrite down the amount and the reason shownThe same screen, and your message to support
Open offersFinish or give up under the offer’s terms; ask what happens at closureThe offer’s own terms in the Promosyon list
Pending requestsWait for them to finish or name them in your messageYour withdrawal history

Take a screenshot of the balance and the date before you write to support. It is the simplest proof of what stood in the account when you asked.

Ask for the account closure in writing

On LARO77 the support channel is the Customer Service button, one of three buttons fixed to the edge of the page. Press it and send one message, not a string of chat lines. Keep the wording plain and keep a copy.

Here is a message you can adapt:

Please close my account, username [your username]. I have withdrawn my balance and I understand any open offer ends under its terms. Please tell me what the process is, how long it takes, and send me written confirmation when the account is closed. Please remove my account from marketing messages.

After you send it, work through this short list:

  1. If the reply does not say what the process is and how long it takes, ask again.
  2. Save the reply and screenshot the chat.
  3. If no answer arrives, send the same message again and note the time of each one.
  4. Do not log in to play while the request is open.

Spend limit: the softer tool

A spend limit does not close anything. It sets a ceiling on what you put in, so the account stays open but the money has a lid. That makes it the right tool if you want to keep playing at a smaller scale, and the wrong one if you want to stop.

Setting a spend limit that holds

Set the limit in two places you control, since you cannot rely on a lobby to hold it for you.

  1. Decide a monthly amount you can lose without borrowing, and write it down. Example: ₱1,000 a month.
  2. Put only that amount into your wallet for gambling, and keep the rest of your money in a place you do not touch.
  3. Check your wallet’s own limit settings and lower them if the wallet allows.
  4. If the lobby has a limit setting, look for it in the account menu after you log in. This page does not say that LARO77 has one.

Then measure the limit against what actually happened. Your monthly net loss is deposits minus withdrawals minus what is left in the balance, and if it keeps landing above the limit you wrote down, the limit is not working and closure is the next step.

PAGCOR exclusion: the formal route

PAGCOR runs an exclusion or banning programme for people who feel they are developing a problem with gambling and for families who see it in a loved one. Its own page states that exclusion or banning will be implemented across all sites licensed and operated by PAGCOR. It does not reach a site that PAGCOR does not license and operate, so closure and a blocker still matter. The table compares the two programmes with closing an account and with a spend limit.

ToolWho sets itHow long it lastsHow it is lifted
Account closureYou, by asking the siteSet by the site; ask what the process isAsk the site whether it can be reversed and what that takes
Spend limitYou, in your wallet and budgetUntil you change itYou raise it yourself, so set a cooling-off wait
PAGCOR self exclusionYou, by application to PAGCOR6 months, 1 year or 5 yearsLifted automatically at the end of the period; the first 6 months are irrevocable
PAGCOR family exclusionA spouse, child or parent, by application6 months, 1 year or 3 yearsLifted automatically at the end of the period

How to apply for PAGCOR exclusion

PAGCOR’s exclusion page lists these requirements for a self exclusion application:

  1. The Self Exclusion application form, which PAGCOR provides for download.
  2. A photocopy of a government-issued photo ID.
  3. Two 2x2 colored photos, taken within the last 6 months, full-face view, no hat, glasses or facemask.
  4. If someone else submits it for you, a selfie or video call for confirmation.

For a family exclusion, PAGCOR asks for the Family Exclusion application form, a photo ID of the respondent, a photo ID or school ID of the applicant and two 2x2 colored photos of the respondent. It adds a birth certificate if the applicant is the parent or child, or a marriage contract or certificate if the applicant is the spouse.

Send the application and its requirements by email to ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph or through the drop box at the MET Live Building, Central Business Park 1-A, Macapagal Blvd cor. EDSA Extension, Pasay City. PAGCOR’s page says to call (02) 8248-9568 for more information. PAGCOR’s Family Exclusion form, revision effective August 24, 2026, also asks which type of gaming the person visits regularly, such as e-Games, e-Bingo, Sports Betting, Poker Clubs or a casino.

After the account is closed

Closure only works if the old habit has nowhere to go. Do these the same day.

  1. Remove the saved login from your browser and your password manager, so a fresh page does not fill itself in.
  2. Delete bookmarks to the lobby and its link page, and mute or leave any messaging groups tied to the account.
  3. Switch on a gambling site blocker on every device, phone and computer.
  4. Tell one person, in plain words, that you have closed the account.

If the urge comes back harder than you expect, call a help line before you open anything. The Hopeline help-line table lists the lines whose numbers are printed on their own saved pages, and adult responsible play rules at 21+ covers the rest.

FAQ

How long does an account closure take?

This page prints no LARO77 timing. In your message, ask what the process is and how long it takes, and keep the reply with your confirmation.

Can I close my account and keep my balance?

Settle the balance first. Read the withdrawal screen after you log in, withdraw what you can, and note any amount that is still held with the reason shown.

Is a spend limit the same as closing an account?

No. A spend limit caps what you put in, and the account stays open. Closure ends the account, and an exclusion order from PAGCOR goes further for sites PAGCOR licenses and operates.

Heading over to LARO77?

Your account, your balance and every promotion are held by LARO77 itself; this guide holds none of them.
